Refund policy :
Cancellatons received before May 1, 2008 will be refunded in totalitty (100 %) and those received between May,2 until June 1 will be refunded at 50%. No refund will be made for any cancellation after this date. Cancellation requests should be sent to Mrs. Andree Asselin at aasselin@jpdl.com
IMPORTANT: Upon payment, you will be shown (and sent by email) a receipt. Your name(s) will be in our database, so when you come to LPM2008 registration's desk to claim your pass, make sure you have an identification card or the receipt with you. You will NOT received anything from us other than the confirmation email.
